PRICECHECK USER AGREEMENT
m.pricecheck.co.za and/or touch.pricecheck.co.za and/or our mobile apps (the "Site") is owned and operated by PriceCheck (Pty) Ltd, registration number: 2007/013797/07 (hereinafter referred to as "us", "we", "our", or "PriceCheck").
Visitors to the Site ("Users" or "you"), are bound by the Pricecheck User Agreement ("User Agreement") a copy of which can be found at our main website at www.pricecheck.co.za/terms/ ("Main Website"). Note that all references in the User Agreement to ‘the Website’ shall be deemed to include references to this Site, and all references in the User Agreement to any other ‘websites’ or ‘sites’ (be it the websites of Merchants or other third parties) shall be deemed to include references to mobi-sites and mobi-pages (including so-called ‘QikCart’ mobi pages) and/or touch sites or mobile apps.
If you do not agree to the User Agreement, do not continue to use this Site. Your continued use of the Site will constitute acceptance of the User Agreement, unmodified by you. By accepting the User Agreement, you are deemed to have read and agreed with all the provisions thereof.
Note that the functionality of this Site may differ slightly to that of the Main Website in that certain services or functionality available via the Main Website may not be available via this Site (for example, users may not be able to register for a user account and/or leave user reviews and certain product categories may not be available). You acknowledge this potential limitation and that there may thus be sections of the User Agreement which won’t be relevant to your use of this Site.
